Follow Microsoft’s instructions
Run the tool and follow the instructions on the Microsoft page to resolve install or uninstall problems.
Expected Result
The Microsoft troubleshooter should help remove the blocker preventing the program from installing or uninstalling normally.

- Confirm the issue is with a Windows installer or uninstaller failing.
- Have the customer follow the Microsoft page instructions for the troubleshooting utility.
